George Grosz

George Grosz a well known German artist who was known mainly for his caricature drawings of people and Berlin life around the 1920's. I really like how Grosz draws people and the scenes around him they portray the Berlin era well without actually being there or seeing what it was really like. I really like the colours that Grosz uses to draw especially the tones he uses on the skin, body, face and also in the hair. These are real tones found in the skin just more exaggerated which I like, and makes the people he has drawn really stand out and makes them individual.
